Frequently asked questions

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes — credits roll over for 90 days from the date they were issued. The oldest credits are always used first.

Can I top up credits any time?

Yes. Top-up options ($3, $5, $10) are available from the navbar on any page once you're logged in. The credits you receive depend on your plan's per-credit rate.

What voices are available for voiceover?

We offer two Google Studio voices — one male and one female. Both include a free sample preview and a personalised name pronunciation preview before you commit to generating.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your subscription page or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal at any time. You keep access and any remaining credits until the end of your billing period.

Is there a mobile app?

The mobile app for iOS and Android is coming soon. All plans include access to both web and mobile — same account, same credits.
